At FleX16 we assist folks over 40 who are tired of feeling sluggish and dissatisfied with their reflection, in transforming into the strong, active, unstoppable individuals they truly are.
We do this with the four pillars of our transformation program that provides coaching, nutrition guidance, motivation and the one-on-one accountability needed to strengthen their body and mind.

Her passion is helping folks get strong and unlock their inner everyday athlete.
After working with thousands of clients, she has developed a step-by-step framework to help folks reach their fitness goals in a sustainable way.
Donald has trained in martial arts for over 20 years and obtained a third degree black belt in the Kajukenbo Self Defense System.
He has made fitness an integral part of his lifestyle and he personally continues to see the benefits of strong functional movements and an even stronger mind and body connection brought about by a healthy, active lifestyle.
Donald – a NASM certified trainer for the last seven years -believes in establishing a strong foundation rooted in total body strength and mobility
Vee focuses on strength training to help clients build endurance, improve performance, and prevent injuries. She believes in the importance of a well-rounded fitness routine that enhances overall physical fitness and well-being.
